At Recruit Strength we train some of the countries top powerlifters. That not all we do though. We take the power lifts (squat, bench press, and deadlift) and use them as the basis of all of our training programs. When you sign up for our online coaching, you will receive a link to download our custom app. Through this app your coach will provide customized programming developed for you based on your goals, time to invest, equipment available, and schedule. This programming is updated once a week and has videos attached to demonstrate the lift programmed. The athlete will video a minimum of the "target lifts" (SBD) and send them through the app or social media to the coach for critique and to help the coach adjust programming based on needs of the lifter. Additionally, your coach can set nutrition goals through the app to help in your progress.
